Sorry for the pause in your blogging enjoyment, the family packed their bags and said GOOD-BYE freaky March snow and headed south and then west. We loaded the van with everything imaginable and road tripped to Tulsa, OK. We were one bag shy of a Grizwald style commute. We barely had room for Jeff's SPF 300. After 4 lovely days in OK we bid farewell to the little ones and jumped on a flight to Las Vegas for some much needed R&R. Most people don't equate Vegas with rest and relaxation, but when you have two squirts under 2(ish) even sin city seems sedate. We went to the spa, the salon, lounged, ate, drank and went to bed at 9:30pm (before you chuckle at our toddler like bed time, note that we typically hit the sack at 8:30). After 72 hours of pure bliss we were ready to scoop up our babies and love'em up tight.
Upon our return we expected gleeful children, spilling over with delight and exploding with joy once they saw their dear parents.....NOT! Brady apparently replaced us with Aunt Hailee, Lorri, G-ma Robin and crew. They won him over and he was a BIG fan. I don't think he even noticed we were gone. I'm pretty sure Mallory noticed, because the night we returned she morphed into a spring breaker on Red Bull. Vegas couldn't keep us up all night, but Mallory can! (I'm reintroducing her to Mr. Ferber).

Good for you guys! It is good to take a brake some times. My husband and I will plan a trip for next year, we need it badly.
Love the swim suit! Glad you two are home. ZachR was getting lonely working out sans Jeff.
How do you two always look so gorgeous and never sleep deprived?! Glad to hear you got away from the Omaha winter for a wee while.
