Brady went to the ENT on Tuesday because he has begun the ever dreaded obstructive breathing in his sleep again. We have determined that the obstruction is due to his large adenoids and tonsils. SO the solution is to have them removed. Brady is scheduled for surgery at Childrens on Tuesday, this TUESDAY! Yikes. I'm not worried about the adenoids, but the tonsils are turning my world upside down. Typically surgery isn't performed until the child is at least 3 years old. Well, Brady is about half that. Ugh! He will be in the ICU for a couple of days and then another 5 days for recovery time. This is a tricky procedure because of Brady's small airway and Laringomalaysia (floppy larynx). We have a great Doctor and I have great faith in him. After all this is done hopefully Brady (and Mom and Dad) will be able to sleep peacefully. I'll keep you posted as time permits. For now we are just trying to distract ourselves and teleport to a warm beach.

Brady's a badass. He'll pull through.
Thanks for your support folks. We are nervous for the big day, but like always, we will pull through. I think paleo banana bread will make it even better!
